Iftach has been with AssetStone since October 2024 and has worked across the full deal cycle, from origination to completion, having underwritten hundreds of transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions. His experience includes complex credit situations, distressed assets, and multi- asset collateral deals, giving him strong technical insight into structuring and execution. Iftach graduated with first class honours in Economics and Business with Eastern European Studies from UCL, where he specialised in political economics within Europe and in real estate analysis.
Jonathan Hacker is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years in London’s property market, specialising in high-value transactions and strategic consultancy for HNWIs and major developers. He has led investment and development teams at top agencies and managed multi-million-pound portfolios across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Known for strong market insight, negotiation, and leadership, he guides clients through the full property lifecycle including acquisition, financing, development, and exit, consistently delivering tailored solutions that maximise value.
Renata holds qualifications in Accounting and Business Analytics, with experience in credit control and specialised billing in both staff and leadership roles. She has worked in UK property management as a Credit Controller, Regional Manager, and Service Charge Accountant, developing strong financial management, analysis, and process optimisation skills.
