He has led investment and development teams at top agencies and managed multi-million-pound portfolios across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Known for strong market insight, negotiation, and leadership, he guides clients through the full property lifecycle including acquisition, financing, development, and exit, consistently delivering tailored solutions that maximise value.
Iftach has been with AssetStone since October 2024 and has worked across the full deal cycle, from origination to completion, having underwritten hundreds of transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions. His experience includes complex credit situations, distressed assets, and multi- asset collateral deals, giving him strong technical insight into structuring and execution. Iftach graduated with first class honours in Economics and Business with Eastern European Studies from UCL, where he specialised in political economics within Europe and in real estate analysis.
Sarah has over 30 years’ experience within the financial services industry, having started her career with NatWest in a back-office role, where she developed a strong grounding in the fundamentals of banking. She moved into corporate banking in 1999 and has since built extensive experience across a broad range of complex lending transactions and, more recently, specialist property finance.
Her experience spans underwriting support, loan structuring, due diligence and transaction management, with particular expertise in bridging and property-backed finance. Sarah brings a practical, commercially focused approach to each transaction, combining extensive industry experience with a strong focus on finding workable solutions and delivering an efficient service for clients and brokers.
She is currently enjoying broadening her experience within the European property markets and developing her knowledge of lending across different jurisdictions.

Connor Dooley joined AssetStone as a Finance Analyst, bringing a background in real estate debt structuring across the UK and Europe. Prior to AssetStone, he was a Senior Associate in Debt Advisory, where he worked across the full transaction lifecycle on bridging, development and prime residential and commercial financing, focussing on complex, cross-border pan-European deals.Connor holds a RICS-accredited BSc (Hons) in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town. His grounding in property fundamentals, valuation, cash flow analysis and market dynamics, underpins the analytical rigour he brings to underwriting and structuring on the lending side.
