AssetStone was founded by Richard Symonds in 2021 providing Real Estate loans to corporates, High Net Worths and Family offices. Originally specialising in short-term special situations loans for complex and high value transactions in UK and Europe, AssetStone also provides commercial mortgages on 3 to 7 year term loans to its clients. It focuses on unique credit opportunities for those seeking to unlock value or take advantage of situations with uncorrelated returns through to those facing distress, restructuring or other dislocations.

AssetStone will lend from £1,000,000 up to £200,000,000+ with a special focus of working with High Value borrowers and transactions which regularly require a lender that understands complex, foreign ownership structures and values borrower discretion. With physical offices in both London and Tel Aviv as well as a geographically diverse team, it has expertise in lending and structuring in countries acrossUK and Europe.
