Richard brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and short-term financing. He has collaborated with several prominent UK funds specializing in fixed income across both commercial and residential property sectors. Richard possesses substantial expertise in capital raising, having structured and listed multiple fixed income securities on various European stock exchanges, as well as having designed non-listed Sharia-compliant bonds. His background also includes experience in debt recovery and corporate restructuring.
Graduated with first class honours in Economics and Business with Eastern European Studies from UCL, where he specialised in political economics within Europe and in real estate analysis. Before joining AssetStone, Iftach interned for a large hedge fund where he worked with the bonds and FX trading desks. During his time with AssetStone, Iftach has worked on every part of the deal process, from origination to execution and completion. Iftach has analysed and underwritten hundreds of transactions covering multiple asset classes and complexities.
